PRIVACY POLICY

The following information is in accordance with article no. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/03 dated 30 June 2003, entitled "Personal Data Protection Code".

1) Data Type: we will process your identity data (e.g. full name, e-mail address, residence, telephone/mobile number, etc), fiscal and accounting data (e.g. warehouse addresses, bank details, etc.) and business data (e.g. your industry, sector, etc.).

2) Data Processing, Use and Duration:

2.1) Your data will be collected and processed to allow us to carry out all necessary activities regarding our business, the law and contractual relationships as they arise. Your data can be communicated to: a) our internal departments (e.g. Accounting, Sales, Production, etc.), as well as external parties, such as controlling companies or other companies that carry out work for us (e.g. fiscal services, shipping services, computer services, sales networking, archiving, consulting, transporting, etc.); b) banks, for the management of incoming and outgoing payments related to contracts; c) credit protection and recovery agencies; d) agencies that evaluate company solvency and debt behaviour; e) any parties required by law.

2.2) With your explicit consent, which you can revoke at any time, your data will also be used to:
a) carry out market and statistical studies and research; b) communicate and/or send, manually or automatically, advertising material, marketing information by telephone, text and multimedia messages, e-mails, printed materials, faxes and/or invoice attachments; c) carry out direct and indirect sales activity; d) carry out interactive marketing communications; e) carry out enquiries and surveys on client satisfaction regarding service quality including telephone interviews; f) identify, also through electronic means, consumer habits and propensities in order to improve our services, satisfy specific client needs with advantageous promotions and propose new Carpenfer services and products.

Your data will be processed legally, in observance of every possible security and privacy measure and in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 196/03. Your data will be handled in written/paper form or on magnetic/electronic support and will be entered into a database that is managed directly by Carpenfer.

3) Voluntary Data Sharing: sharing of your data with us is not obligatory; however, it is necessary for the establishing and executing of contractual activity. Therefore, should you not share your data, we will not be able to establish a working relationship with you nor carry out partial or total contractual activity.

4) Data Communication to Third Parties: the above-mentioned data, as well as any data processed by the above-mentioned parties, will not be communicated or disseminated to any third parties not provided for by law. All of your data collected by us will be treated with correctness, lawfulness and transparency while protecting your privacy and your rights.

5) Rights under Articles 7 and 130: with regards to the above-mentioned data, you can, at any time, exercise your rights under articles 7 and 130 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/03 to oppose the processing of your data by sending a letter, e-mail or fax to the data processor.
